No face-to-face sessions
Castlehaven Community Centre is closed and there are no face-to-face Outside In meetings at the moment, because of the risk of infection. But we are still keeping in touch: details below.
Online sessions
Every Monday during the usual Outside In meeting time (6-9pm) we'll be in the Outside Project's online hang-out space via Zoom. Contact us for details of how to join. You can come and go any time. It's up to you whether to have your camera and microphone on, or just one or the other, or neither. If you haven't got internet access, you can also join by telephone. You can also join the hang-out any other day or time and see who else is there.
WhatsApp sessions
During the usual Outside In time (6-9pm on Mondays) we'll also be on WhatsApp. If you want to join in that way, send us your number and we'll add you to the group.
Other support
The Outside Project has started a London LGBTIQ+ mutual aid group on Facebook for people to help each other in various ways. There are many other mutual aid groups out there including the long-running UK Mutual Aid.

Even if you don't need any help or support yourself, joining groups like these can give you opportunities to help others.

You can request help from the London LGBTIQ+ Mutual Aid group using this form and volunteer to help others using this form. You don't have to use Facebook to use these forms.

The NHS website tells you how to avoid catching coronavirus, how to tell whether you have symptoms, and what to do if you think you have.

This is a very good guide to food safety during the coronavirus outbreak. It has advice on handling and preparing food, shopping, and getting take-away food.
